Shankweiler's Drive-In, established in 1934, is the oldest operating drive-in theater in the world. For over 90 years, it has delighted audiences with double features on its large outdoor screen. Shankweiler’s was recently awarded BEST DRIVE-IN THEATER in the 2026 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
Our drive-in theater is located in the Lehigh Valley, Orefield, Pennsylvania, just off Route 309.

Starts Friday, June 12: By the power of Grayskull, MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE continues to headline our drive-in double feature! After intermission, we pick up recent horror hit, OBSESSION! We have been following the Obsession buzz, and we're thrilled to give it the proper drive-in presentation it deserves!

Join us for the drive-in premiere of one of the summer's most anticipated releases, TOY STORY 5! Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and the whole gang reunite on our giant drive-in screen for a 21st Century showdown of toys vs. tech! This premiere will be presented as a double feature. Our cofeature for the week will be announced closer to the screening dates.
