Shankweiler's Drive-In, established in 1934, is the oldest operating drive-in theater in the world and the second ever built. For over 90 years, it has delighted audiences with double features on its large outdoor screen. Located in the Lehigh Valley, Orefield, Pennsylvania, just off Route 309.

Shankweiler's Drive-in Theatre is teaming up with The End bookstore in Allentown to bring the original HUNGER GAMES saga film series to our giant drive-in screen! This special presentation celebrates the new prequel novel, "Sunrise on the Reaping," which hits bookstore shelves on March 18! This engagement also serves as the kickoff to the Lehigh Valley Bookfest! May the odds be ever in your favor.

Tuesday (3/25)
We kick off our Retro Tuesday series with a very unique event! We've teamed up with Mystery Box Games in Easton, PA to bring a DRIVE-IN GAME NIGHT followed by a screening of CLUE (1985).
We will be hosting a giant Jackbox Games tournament LIVE on the drive-in screen ahead of the feature. Teams will compete in front of an also live and sometimes participating audience! Team slots are very limited and sign-up details will be released soon!
